Job summary

RTI Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Research Statistician to join the Evidence Synthesis and Statistics team in a collaborative environment with health economists, statisticians, epidemiologists, and literature review specialists. You will conduct innovative analyses evaluating the value of healthcare interventions across development and market access phases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years, Master's with 3+ years, or PhD in a quantitative field.
Experience designing and executing statistical analyses in healthcare/HEOR contexts.
Advanced programming in R; STATA/SAS or Bayesian software preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently design and execute statistical analyses across HEOR projects.
Lead analyses for health technology assessment and related methods (NMA/MAIC/STCs).
Develop and maintain analysis code in R, STATA, SAS.
Provide methodological guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
Mentor junior statisticians and contribute to project development.
Prepare reports, manuscripts, abstracts, and client deliverables.
Support proposals with statistical input and client discussions.
Coordinate statistical workstreams across multiple engagements.
