The Charles Hotel’s Henrietta's Table in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to ensure attentive and courteous service while adhering to payroll and overhead budgets. You will oversee beverage inventories, food quality, stock levels, and cross‑department communication to maintain exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant leadership experience, TIPs training, and the flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• A minimum of three years restaurant experience desired.
• One year restaurant supervisory experience a must.
• TIPs training is helpful.
• Requires full mobility and ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push carts up to 50 pounds.
• Ideal candidate must be flexible to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly beverage inventories and reconciliations.
• Ensure quality and presentation of all food products meet standards.
• Maintain professional relationships and open communication with managers, employees, and other departments.
• Initiate all necessary F&B reports according to company standards.
• Ensure F&B staff are attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests and colleagues.
• Maintain required pars of all stock.
• Review food sales for accuracy daily.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

The Charles Hotel, a luxury 4 diamond hotel located near Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Henrietta's Table, our award-winning restaurant serving a "fresh and honest” approach to regional food. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring attentive, friendly, courteous and efficient service in the restaurant while adhering to budgeted payroll and overhead cost.
