Job summary

The Ymca Of Greater Indianapolis Avon branch is seeking a part-time Program Instructor II to lead group exercise classes under the direction of the Program Director. You will provide quality leadership and supervision while maintaining a safe, non-competitive environment for YMCA members at Avon, IN.

Responsibilities include demonstrating group exercise curriculum, encouraging participation, and adapting routines for diverse abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in coaching or leading structured programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic exercise science, and fitness leadership is preferred.
• Ability to successfully demonstrate group exercise curriculum.
