Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is hiring a Night Auditor in Destin, Florida. This role covers overnight duties from 11 PM to 7 AM, greeting guests and handling check-ins and reservations while ensuring accurate nightly financials.

The ideal candidate has at least a High School diploma and 1 year in hospitality, with supervisory experience considered a plus. The position supports a team-oriented, guest-focused environment on Florida's Emerald Coast.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) with warmth and efficiency.

• Keep the property safe with regular security checks and a calm presence for guests.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations during night hours.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and Word documents to solve problems independently.

• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You’re the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch—even in the wee hours.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If you’re fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs—and you’ve got a knack for solving problems solo—you’ll fit right in.

Education & Experience
