Job summary

PharmaEssentia seeks an experienced Hematology Account Manager to promote BESREMi® across two base territories. The role involves educating hematologists/oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and formulary committees, while collaborating with market access and medical teams to provide comprehensive solutions.

The candidate will manage the territory with strategic plans and data-driven insights, aiming for growth and patient impact. Residency in the St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales experience in hematology, solid tumor, or rare disease space.
• Proven track record in hematology oncology sales at academic and community institutions.
• Existing relationships with key customers (KOLs, key accounts) highly valued.
• Experience with new product launches.
• Experience in startup environments preferred; specialty pharmacy knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote BESREMi® to hematology/oncology care teams and formulary committees.
• Build territory plans and execute strategies across stakeholders in patient care.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (market access, medical) to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
• Develop accounts and action plans to achieve goals with data-driven insights.
