Job summary

PharmaEssentia USA is seeking an experienced Hematology Account Manager to drive sales for BESREMi® across an assigned geography. You will promote the product to hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists and formulary committees, and develop territory plans with cross-functional partners to educate customers and address patient needs.

You will leverage your 5+ years in pharma, strong relationships with key customers, and startup-experience to exceed objectives, navigate access barriers,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, with hematology/oncology exposure.
• Proven track record in academic and community-based institutions.
• Existing relationships with key customers (KOLs, account leadership) are highly valued.
• Experience launching new products in a startup-like environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote BESREMi® to hematologists/oncologists, nurses, pharmacists and formulary committees.
• Develop and execute territory business plans; use analytics to track progress.
• Partner with market access and medical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Build clinical conviction and navigate reimbursement barriers across the geography.
