Physician - Hematology Oncology

The Genesis Cancer Care Institute is seeking an exceptional Hematology/Oncology physician to join our dedicated team in Davenport, Iowa. Our facility is accredited by the NAPBC and the NQMBC and offers state-of-the-art technology and services, including radiation oncology, genetic testing, clinical trials, and infusion resources. As a community-based hospital program with clinics in Davenport and Clinton, Iowa, and Silvis, Illinois, we pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive and collaborative cancer care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide care in Davenport and Clinton offices, covering both locations.
• Conduct inpatient consultations primarily at Genesis Medical Center in Davenport, IA.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities.
• Work alongside a supportive hospitalist team providing inpatient support.
• Enjoy the autonomy to develop the practice while benefiting from a cohesive team environment.
• Engage with collaborative services that enhance patient care.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology (within 3 years of residency) with the expectation to become Board Certified within 1 year of employment.
• Iowa and Illinois licenses (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA and CSR/CDA certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Clean malpractice history is preferred.
• Candidates requiring visa support should indicate in the application.
