• Start date: 3/25/24
• Contract length: TBD
• Shift details: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm
• Full-time ideally
• Outpatient only, zero inpatient coverage
• No call coverage
• No weekends
• Sole provider on-site but 100% Physician supervision remotely
• Adult patient population
• Travel + lodging expenses paid for
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
• Required:
• Board-certification
• DEA
• CSR
• BLS, CPR
• 2 years of experience
