Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Lab Department Leader for the Core Lab: Chemistry. You will oversee operations, collaborate with pathologists and leadership, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

You will direct staffing, drive quality improvements, and maintain competency across test systems, while ensuring timely, accurate results and excellent customer service to stakeholders. Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology

Qualifications

• Leadership and decision-making demonstrated in a high-complexity lab.
