Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Brick, NJ, is seeking a Lab Supervisor for a hospital-based role at Ocean. The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay range of $84,040 to $151,360 per year.

The Lab Supervisor will plan, organize, and direct the section's work under the manager/director, ensuring quality and efficiency while complying with CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety requirements. Prior supervisory experience is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum five (5) years full-time supervisory experience.
• New York State Inspection Lab Requirements.
• 6 years clinical experience.
• Preferred: 1 year as a Supervisor at Quest Diagnostics

Responsabilidades

• Oversee department activities and assign priorities.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; provide development.
• Perform advanced/specialized tests and validate results.
• Ensure quality-control measures and adherence to standards.
• Maintain safe, clean laboratory spaces and equipment.
• Support inspections by government or regulatory agencies
