Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of ~25 laboratory professionals.
• Familiarity with hematology, coagulation or UA chemistry.
• Hands-on leadership with coaching, problem-solving, and quality oversight.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise approximately 25 staff, including scheduling, daily huddles, and ongoing staff development
• Coach, mentor, and grow your team, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Stay visible and engaged on the floor, supporting staff through day-to-day operations
• Serve as the first line of quality assurance oversight for the department
• Oversee quality control of automated processes
