Job summary

UNITE HERE HEALTH is seeking a Helpdesk Technician I to provide frontline IT support at the Craig Health Center in North Las Vegas, NV. You will assist users with PC, laptop, mobile and software issues, document solutions, and escalate when necessary.

This regular full-time onsite role requires good customer service skills, basic Windows and AD knowledge, and the ability to work with various IT teams. A competitive benefits package is included, with a schedule Monday–Friday onsite.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of direct experience minimum.
• Working knowledge in a Windows based support environment preferred.
• Experience with technical Help Desk or high-level customer service operations desired.
• Primary-level knowledge of PC, mobile, telephony and other end-user technologies.
• Introductory to basic knowledge of PC hardware, Windows (Active Directory administration) and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Tier 1 help desk resource for Fund and business partners employees.
• Responds to inquiries via telephone, email, chat or direct contact with first level troubleshooting.
• Escalates more advanced tickets to appropriate Tier or Team.
• Documents inquiries using ticketing system and suggests simplifications.
• Ensures timely completion and follow-up of all support calls.
