Job summary

TLC Engineering Solutions in Orlando, FL is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. This is a hybrid role with two days per week in-office to support staff and on-site projects.

You will configure and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, tablets, and monitors, manage the IT ticket system, and communicate solutions clearly to staff. The ideal candidate has hands-on help desk experience and a solid foundation in Windows and cloud services.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of IT Help Desk experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of workstation hardware and Windows Operating Systems.
• A proven understanding of Azure Active Directory and Office 365.
• Ability to be friendly/approachable and effectively communicate to solve problems and explain resolutions to all employees.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to staff with submitted trouble tickets, resolve tickets in a timely manner and close tickets after completion.

The primary role of the Help Desk Technician is to configure and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, tablets, monitor and maintain the TLC IT Ticket system, which involves reaching out to staff who have submitted trouble tickets, resolve the ticket in a timely manner and close tickets after successful completion.

Qualifications You'll Need
