Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists seeks a Desktop Technician to support critical infrastructure and hardware operations across facilities in Fort Myers, FL. This 12+ months contract role is 100% onsite and hands-on, covering IT support, hardware deployment, networking, and data center activities.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of IT experience, hardware deployment skills, networking fundamentals, and familiarity with Windows and basic Linux.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on IT or infrastructure experience.
• Hardware troubleshooting and deployment experience.
• Networking fundamentals including cabling and connectivity.
• Windows experience and basic Linux knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite and be flexible with day or night shift schedules.
