Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center is seeking a desktop and mobile device support specialist to maintain hardware and software across the organization. You will provide first level support for desktop issues called into the help desk and participate in on-call rotations.

A high school diploma is required; an associates degree is preferred. Proficiency with Windows OS and Office, plus experience supporting Android and iOS devices, and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Support desktop environment on corporate network.
• Support MS Windows OS and Office Suites.
• Supporting mobile devices – Android, iPad, iPhone.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the support and maintenance of all desktop and mobile device related hardware and software.
• Provides first level support for all desktop related issues called into the support desk.
• Participates in the on-call support rotation.
