Job summary

Beatrice Community Hospital is seeking a Technology Services professional to support and maintain desktop and mobile device hardware and software within the hospital environment. You will provide first-level helpdesk support and participate in the on-call rotation to ensure coverage across shifts.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, with an associate degree preferred, and experience supporting Windows environments and mobile devices. This is a full-time on-site role in Beatrice, NE.

Qualifications

• Support desktop environment on a corporate network.
• Support MS Windows OS and Office Suites.
• Support mobile devices – Android, iPad, iPhone.
• 1 year experience preferred

Summary

Responsible for the support and maintenance of all desktop and mobile device related hardware and software within Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center. This customer oriented position provides first level support for all desktop related issues called into the support desk. This position is part of the on-call support rotation.

Qualifications

High School or equivalent diploma required, Associates Degree in Computer Related Field Preferred. Support desktop environment on a corporate network. Support MS Windows OS and Office Suites. Supporting mobile devices – Android, iPad, iPhone. Valid Driver’s License. 1 year experience preferred

Schedule

Full Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
