Job summary

The role requires a foundation in IT, including workstation deployment, Microsoft 365 administration, network troubleshooting, and enterprise application support, with opportunities to grow in systems administration and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience providing technical support to end users (minimum 1 year).
• Experience with Windows administration and Microsoft 365 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Assist with deployment and setup of Windows workstations and hardware.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity including VPN and wireless networks.
