Planned Systems International, Inc. seeks multiple Help Desk Specialists to support METC Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX.

You will handle Tier I/II desktop support for Windows OS, Office, and related applications, while delivering superior customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include incident logging in ServiceNow, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and documenting steps for knowledge base improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of progressively responsible experience in a Microsoft customer service computer support environment.
• Experience supporting a large critical environment including PCs, laptops, peripherals.
• Must hold CompTIA Security+ and MS Desktop Support Technician certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I/II desktop support for Windows OS, Office, and common applications.
• Log, categorize, and manage incidents in ServiceNow with thorough documentation.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure professional service delivery per ITSM procedures.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users to resolve issues.
