GT's Living Foods is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician I to diagnose and resolve basic IT issues for employees in a mixed Windows and Mac OS environment. The role focuses on delivering timely, friendly support over the phone or email and guiding users through problem-solving steps.

You will document resolutions, track tickets, and assist with IT projects while maintaining inventory and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused help desk experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS in mixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve basic IT issues for employees.
• Provide on-site and remote assistance via phone or email.
• Guide users through problem-solving steps and document resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support as needed.
• Maintain accurate ticket records and follow up on status.
