Neighborly is seeking a Help Desk Tech in Waco, TX to provide first level support for franchisee facing technology. You will diagnose, respond to requests via phone/email/chat, and document resolutions to meet SLA.

This full-time role offers hybrid work, training opportunities and the chance to contribute to a network of trusted home and business service brands. You will work with GoToMeeting, ticketing systems, and common business software.

Formación

• Customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of Windows environments (Windows 10+).
• Familiarity with web browsers and settings.
• Strong computer literacy and software knowledge.
• Diagnostic and analytical skills.
• Professional tone and clear communication.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first level support for franchisee facing technology.
• Respond to requests via phone, email or chat.
• Keep records of all support requests using the ticketing system.
• Ensure issues are resolved timely to meet SLA.
• Assist with testing and documentation of new products.
