Job summary

Bosselman Enterprises is seeking a Help Desk Technician to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, POS, and peripherals. You will install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware while ensuring optimal workstation performance and timely end-user training.

Qualifications

• Degree or college diploma in computer science or related field.
• CompTIA or HDI certifications are a plus.
• Must have on-call availability.
• Strong PC hardware troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides ownership of assigned problems through final resolution.
• Installs, configures, tests, and troubleshoots end user workstation hardware and networking devices.
• Ensures confidentiality and security of company information.
• Maintains and closes IT tickets with accurate documentation.
• Supports new computer projects and hardware installations for store life cycle.
