Job summary

Swift Staffing seeks a Full to Part Time Help Desk Technician in Baltimore City for a six-month contract. You will deliver tier 1 and 2 IT support in a pharmaceutical setting, handling issues via phone, email and chat and logging requests in the ticketing system.

Ideal candidates have helpdesk experience, solid troubleshooting, and a customer-focused approach. Requires a high school diploma; an Associate degree in CS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior helpdesk or IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service mindset.
• High school diploma is required.
• Associates Degree in Computer Science is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 and 2 IT support via phone, email and chat.
• Troubleshoot Windows/Mac OS, network issues, printers and peripherals.
• Log and track requests in Freshservice.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors.
