Wallace Graphics Inc is seeking a Help Desk Technician to support users across our Atlanta-area locations. You will be the first point of contact for technology, triaging issues on Windows, Mac, printers, and network connectivity, and documenting resolutions for a growing production environment.

This role offers hands-on exposure across office and production-floor systems, with room to grow into more senior IT and systems positions as Wallace Graphics scales.

Formación

• 6–24 months of help desk, desktop support, internship, or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
• Triaging, prioritizing, and resolving Tier 1 issues across Windows, Mac, printers and network connectivity.
• Able to explain fixes clearly to non-technical users.
• Familiar with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Jira and remote-support tools.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Atlanta-area locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-point-of-contact support for users across Atlanta-area locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 IT issues for Windows, Mac, printers and network connectivity.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and workstation prep/deployment.
• Document issues and resolutions clearly in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT Manager and grow into more senior IT roles as the company scales.
