Job description

Insight Global is seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Technician to join a top financial client in Boston, MA. The role is primarily remote, requiring once-a-week in-office visits, with normal business hours and occasional weekend shifts (1-2 times per month).

The technician will handle basic technical support over the phone, assist with troubleshooting proprietary applications, diagnose hardware and workstation issues, route calls to appropriate support teams, and document all interactions.
