Netsmart is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist in Overland Park, KS to resolve technical issues via our ticketing system and provide excellent customer service. You will document solutions, follow up on tickets, and help build knowledge resources for common issues.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, experience with ticketing tools, and strong typing skills. Familiarity with Windows 11 and Office 365 is a plus, and prior IT support helps in a professional environment.
