Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to support a DoD program for the Navy in Kansas City, MO. The role starts as a night shift with flexibility to adjust based on candidate preference and location within the enterprise network.

Qualifications include an active Secret clearance and CompTIA Security+ certification. A minimum of 1+ year IT experience and familiarity with ticketing systems are required. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 per year with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have an Active Secret Clearance.
• 1+ years of IT experience.
• Active IAT II Certification: CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, or equivalent/higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IT support for devices including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile phones.
• Help resolve connectivity, OS, Microsoft/Office, and Video Teleconference issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with employees and officials.
• Support enterprise service desk operations by opening/closing tickets and executing scripts.
• Respond to calls and meet service goals.
