Peraton is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to support the SITEC 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance program at Homestead ARB, FL. The role requires resolving end-user issues, managing incidents, and assisting with configurations and software deployments in a 24x7 environment.

Candidates must hold a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI and have a minimum education level of HS Diploma or higher, with advancement paths under DoW 8140 compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provides end-user support via help desk tools and processes.
• Resolves incidents and service requests for SITEC 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance.
• Creates and updates tickets in ITSM systems and tracks resolutions to closure.
• Assists with account creation, password resets, and software installations.
• Supports network and endpoint devices, including imaging and re-imaging of hardware.
• Coordinates with other IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve issues.
