Loyola Enterprises Inc. is hiring a full-time Joint Knowledge Online help desk specialist to support the Joint Staff J7 in Suffolk, Virginia. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, immediate-start readiness, and strong customer communication skills.

In-person work during business hours is expected, with compensation starting at $58,000 per year plus dental, health, and vision insurance. Ideal candidates have a technical degree and familiarity with Remedy, Office 365, portals, and learning

Qualifications

• Requires DoD Secret clearance or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
• Ability to access DoD Microsoft Office 365 and related tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience training users via computer-based or web-based applications.
• Familiarity with portals and learning management systems.
• Ability to obtain and use @mail.mil email address; avoid Army/Navy/USMC domains.

Responsibilities

• Answer help desk inquiries by phone, email, and web for JKO applications.
• Triage browser settings and perform basic browser troubleshooting.
• Respond to user calls and emails about computer issues.
• Act as liaison between staff and technology team to resolve issues.
• Listen to users, diagnose issues through questioning, and guide troubleshooting steps.
• Assist customers with computer-related difficulties in a patient, professional manner.
