CoServ is seeking a Help Desk Support 2 to provide on-site and remote technical support and order fulfillment. The role is the primary IT contact for the organization, requiring interaction with all levels including the Board of Directors.

The position emphasizes phone, remote sessions, and email support with occasional deskside visits, while maintaining documentation and vendor relationships for smooth issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• 3+ years of experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office in a customer-focused Help Desk Support role.
• 1+ year of experience with iOS and Android device configuration, deployment & troubleshooting.
• 1+ year of experience with enterprise asset management software.

Responsibilities

• Provides top-quality customer service to end users across multiple platforms.
• Uses active listening and probing questions to determine needs and fulfills requests.
• Enters and tracks incident tickets and service requests in the ticketing system.
• Resolves login issues for domain, VPN, and application accounts.
• Performs Windows 11 troubleshooting, mobile device support, and basic network checks.
• Maintains asset management records and procurement tasks.
• Collaborates with higher-level support for complex incidents.
