Job summary

Cortavo is seeking a Service Desk Analyst (Level 2) to deliver hands‑on onsite support in Elmhurst, IL three days a week and remote assistance the rest of the time. You’ll handle Outlook/OneDrive configurations, printer setup, and connectivity issues while maintaining tickets and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• 3 years IT service desk experience and 3 years customer service experience.
• Ability to travel regionally on short notice, including overnight trips.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in progress.
• Experience with the Autotask ticketing system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Admin, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support in Elmhurst, IL and remote assistance for tickets.
• Configure Outlook, OneDrive, printers, internet, networking, and remote access.
• Create and escalate tickets with warm handoffs to appropriate teams.
• Maintain and review tickets, following up for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Service Desk peers to improve documentation.
• Manage knowledge base articles and client information records.
