Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS.
• 4 years of Helpdesk and Software Testing experience.
• First point of contact for end users, with timely resolution or escalation.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, printers, and basic network connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Log, track, and close support tickets.
• Set up and configure new workstations and devices.
• Develop and execute software test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Validate applications against government and organizational requirements.
• Maintain Active Directory accounts and support onboarding/offboarding.
