Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, printers, and basic network problems.
• Develop, execute, and maintain software test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Log, track, and manage support tickets across channels.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
