Job summary

BSNC is seeking an IT Support Generalist to join our Anchorage-based team. You will be the first line of support for end users, handling requests, troubleshooting hardware and software, and assisting with onboarding and setup.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 0-1 year of basic IT experience. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ticketing systems is a plus; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk support and resolve problems to end user satisfaction.
• Monitor and respond quickly to requests via the IT Help Desk.
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for local workstations.
• Install, test, and configure new workstations and software.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, software, and licenses.
