Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interface with Multiple Businesses: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple businesses, addressing IT-related issues and providing technical support.
  • Microsoft Office 365 and Intune Management: Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 and Intune environments, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
  • Technical Solution Recommendation: Analyze complex IT business needs presented by clients and recommend effective technical solutions.
  • IT Malfunction Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve both basic and complex IT malfunctions, implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Documentation and Coordination: Document and coordinate LAN activities, backups, maintenance, server upgrades, and patching to ensure smooth network operation.
  • Network Maintenance: Maintain network hardware and software, including servers, peripherals, network nodes, and terminals, and implement WAN connectivity as required.
  • Utilization of Open-Source Tools: Use open-source tools for tasks such as centralization, backup, vulnerability scans, and data recovery to enhance IT operations.
  • COTS Products Management: Manage COTS products like SentinelOne, Threat Locker, N-able, and DUO, ensuring their effective use and troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Operating System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  • Server Infrastructure Troubleshooting: Address server infrastructure issues to maintain performance and reliability.
