Astir IT Solutions, Inc. is seeking Help Desk Engineers (L1/L2) for an onsite Erie, PA role. This 12+ month contract requires a strong foundation in Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

Candidates should be proficient with Active Directory, user accounts, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. Typical assignments include first-line and second-line support, troubleshooting hardware and software

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience for L1, 3–6+ years for L2 roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory, user account management, and access control.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.).
