Job summary

GableGotwals is seeking a dedicated Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team in Tulsa, OK. You will provide internal user support for hardware, software, and network issues, and assist with application deployment and maintenance.

The role requires an Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience, strong Windows and macOS skills, and familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID. On-site work and on-call rotation are expected.

Qualifications

Experience in a help desk or IT support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS with MS Office Suite.
Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in person.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of applications.
Install, configure, and maintain software and tools; keep systems up to date.
Assist with onboarding and training of new employees on IT processes.
