KBR's Mission Engineering Division seeks a Help Desk Support professional/analyst to back Navy MEASURE/METCAL programs at Naval Air Station North Island in Coronado/San Diego. The role blends application support, data analysis, and Tier II help desk duties, with emphasis on reporting and system reliability.

You'll work with Oracle-based and web apps, develop SQL queries, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate with infrastructure and development teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Navy/DoD programs preferred.
• Proficient with Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
• Strong SQL reporting and data analysis skills.
• Experience with scripting and web technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and process support for Oracle-based and web-based systems, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
• Analyze data to support reporting requirements and program decisions.
• Develop and run SQL queries to generate reports and validate data.
• Provide Tier II help desk support for end users.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams on improvements.
