Job summary

BizFirst LLC supports the U.S. Department of the Navy BUMED, delivering Tier 1.5 Navy ERP labor and funds help desk services. The Junior SAP Analyst will assist with day-to-day user support, issue tracking, and basic troubleshooting within a hybrid work model.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, CAC eligibility, and the ability to obtain a favorable background investigation; onsite presence at DHHQ Falls Church ~20% with travel to Navy commands as needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of direct Navy ERP experience.
• Experience providing first-level user support and managing help desk tickets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Navy ERP-related tools.
• Ability to leverage AI/automation platforms (Power BI, Power Automate).

Responsibilities

• Operate Tier 1.5 help desk on a rotational/shared basis.
• Log and track issues in Tier 1.5 Issue Log; escalate as needed.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting and guidance for labor, projects, and funds users.
• Route complex issues to Mid-level or Senior Analysts.
• Support monthly Period-End Close Coordination and training activities.
