Job summary

KBR seeks a Help Desk Support professional/analyst to back the U.S. Navy MEASURE/METCAL program at Naval Air Station North Island in Coronado, CA. The role blends application support, data analysis, and Tier II help desk duties, with emphasis on reporting, database performance, and system reliability.

Onsite collaboration with infrastructure and development teams to drive data exchange, system enhancements, and process improvements, while solving end-user issues in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree with 1 year experience, or AA/AS with 5+ years, or HS diploma with 9+ years.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and process support for Oracle-based and web systems.
• Analyze data to support reporting and program-level decisions.
• Develop and run SQL queries to generate reports and validate data.
• Investigate data discrepancies and perform corrective actions.
• Support data replication, exchanges, and interfaces across environments.
• Follow established support processes and improve workflows.
• Liaise with end users, infra teams, and developers to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain user SOPs and documentation.
• Provide Tier II help desk support and manage user tickets.
• Assist system improvements, including exposure to PHP, CSS, and PL/SQL.
