Job summary

Smokymountains is hiring for multiple seasonal Help Desk IT positions in Knoxville, TN. The role focuses on first-line support, ticket tracking, and customer-friendly service during peak season.

Ideal candidates have at least a year of tech or customer-service experience, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided, with evenings and weekends required during busy periods.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in technical support, customer service, or retail; help desk experience is a plus.
• Basic proficiency with computers, email, and common office platforms.
• CompTIA A+ certification (or coursework toward it) is a plus, not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in IT or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
