• Provide exceptional service via phone, email, chat, and text.
• Assis guests with placing orders to answering billing questions.
• Navigate multiple systems and applications
• Heavy documentation of customer interactions
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment during the busy season

GuestEngagement Specialist Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Highly proficient on a computer and computer programs such as Google Workspace
• Comfortable lifting up to 15 lbs
• Comfortable to sit for extended periods of time
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in customer service required

GuestEngagement Specialist Shift:

• Seasonal from (OCT - JAN)
• Training is M-F, 9AM - 5:30.
• After training, schedule subject to change.
• Must have availability for evenings and weekends throughout peak season.
