Job summary

Firstsource Healthcare is seeking a Mortgage Processor in Palm Bay, FL. You will manage HELOC loan files from application to clear-to-close, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery within service levels.

You will coordinate with loan officers, members, and vendors, documenting interactions and preparing narratives for underwriting, while maintaining a strong pipeline and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage processing experience, preferably HELOC.
• Strong knowledge of Encompass LOS and milestone management.
• Familiarity with disclosure requirements and HMDA data collection.
• Ability to calculate DTI and CLTV from income and assets.

Responsibilities

• Review HELOC applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Order and manage third-party services and appraisals.
• Collect income, asset, and other required documentation.
• Prepare submission narrative and track underwriting conditions.
• Maintain timely communication with loan officers and members.
