Qualifications

• 5+ years of current loan processing experience.
• Knowledge of processing, underwriting and closing procedures.
• Excellent customer service and direct customer contact.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a paperless environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned pipeline of 25-50+ loans daily and weekly.
• Process loans from application to funding including collection and analysis of documents.
• Communicate expectations and program details to clients.
• Maintain daily workflow prioritization to meet closing dates.
• Verify conditions of approval and resolve title issues as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
