Upstart is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for Emerging Products and channels to own and scale HELOC media buying across SEM, paid social, display and new channels. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and HELOC GM to launch campaigns and iterate messaging.

This role offers ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to a high-growth product line with impact on long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing with SEM and paid social or display.
• Proven track record managing large monthly budgets and CPA/ROI targets.
• Hands-on paid search with keyword strategy, bid management and landing-page optimization.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale HELOC media buying across SEM, paid social, display and emerging channels.
• Build and optimize Upstart's HELOC performance marketing engine from zero to one.
• Drive incremental customer acquisition by optimizing bids, budgets, audiences and creative.
• Design and run rigorous experiments across keywords, audiences, creatives and formats.
• Manage and forecast large media budgets with a balance of growth and efficiency.
