GreenSky LLC in Atlanta is hiring a General Manager to lead the HELOC line of business from launch through scale, owning the P&L and strategic direction.

You will align product, credit, operations, legal, and sales to deliver a market-leading point-of-sale home equity experience, drive origination metrics, and build a high-performing team in a regulated environment.

The role is based in Sandy Springs with a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 remote) and a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates 12–15 years of experience in consumer lending, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience leading a business line, product P&L, or new business launch.
• Hands-on experience launching or scaling digital financial products.
• Operates as a data-driven leader with strong funnel metrics, unit economics, and prioritization.
• Leads effectively across functions, aligning product, operations, legal, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns the P&L and strategic direction for GreenSky’s HELOC line of business, from launch through scale.
• Aligns and leads cross-functional partners — product, credit, operations, legal and compliance, sales, and servicing — to deliver a market-leading point-of-sale home equity experience.
• Collaborate with Sales to define and execute the go-to-market strategy across GreenSky’s merchant network, including merchant enablement, training, and adoption.
• Sets business targets and drives performance across the origination funnel: conversion, speed to close, and customer experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team as the business grows.
• Ensures the business operates in full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Represents the business with executive leadership and external partners.
