Job summary
ITSM Solutions International is seeking an experienced BMC Helix Specialist/Consultant/Developer to join our global team. You will provide hands-on support, development, and configuration of BMC Helix products and modules to ensure a smooth rollout and ongoing adoption across a large enterprise platform.

Qualifications
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with BMC Helix in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of supporting, enhancing, and integrating latest BMC Helix versions and tools.
- Experience parachuting into existing teams and delivering value quickly.
- Solid understanding of ITSM/ITOM concepts and enterprise service management.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support, development, and configuration of the latest BMC Helix products and modules.
- Enhance and optimise existing BMC Helix implementations to meet business needs.
- Lead and support integrations between BMC Helix and third-party systems and tools.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide expert-level problem resolution.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new features and enhancements.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, best practices, and technical leadership.
