Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is seeking a Helicopter Pilot Supervisor to ensure all aircraft operations comply with FARs and the EMS Operations Manual across the base. You will supervise base line pilots and collaborate with the Program Director for safe, efficient, and economical base operations.

The role requires extensive rotorcraft experience, leadership, and a strong focus on flight planning, safety, and regulatory compliance to deliver critical life-saving missions.

Qualifications

• Leads and trains Base Line Pilots to ensure safe operations.
• Experience coordinating flight schedules and resources.
• Knowledge of FARs and EMS operations procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develops pilot duty schedules in coordination with Regional Director.
• Plans flight operations resources for missions at the base.
• Conducts base orientation for new hires.
• Oversees aviation activities at public relations events.
• Reviews pilot logs and ensures timely submission to Regional Director.
• Monitors weather and forecasts to support safe operations.
• Prepares payroll related to pilots for submission to the Regional Director.
• Operates aircraft safely per Rotorcraft Flight Manual and standards.
