Job summary

Med-Trans Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transport for our customers. The HAA Pilot will ensure aircraft readiness, coordinate with dispatch and flight crews, and maintain required certifications while delivering safe, timely patient transport.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary with geographic modifiers, a $15,000 sign-on bonus (eligibility applies) and a retention program, plus on-duty housing and a 7/7 schedule to support operations

Qualifications

• Must hold a Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Instrument rating required for flight operations.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Total flight hours: 2,000.
• Helicopter hours: 1,500 total; 1,000 PIC; 1,000 turbine hours.
• Night flight: 200 hours (night, aided or unaided).

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of medical experts to transport customers safely to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals, FARs, and Med-Trans requirements, including aircraft cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot and team following recording protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

MinimumRequirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate

• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours

• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours

Preferred Qualifications

• B407 Aircraft Experience
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher
