Job summary

Med-Trans Corporation invites applications for a full-time HAA Pilot. You will fly with a medical team to transport customers, ensure aircraft readiness per manuals and FARs, and keep meticulous regulatory records.

Collaboration with dispatch and crews is essential, with ongoing certification upkeep. The role offers a $109,173–$120,091 salary range including geographic modifiers, plus a $15,000 sign-on and retention bonuses after three years.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate and instrument rating.
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate is current.
• Minimum flight hours 2,000 total and 1,500 helicopter.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours and 1,000 turbine helicopter hours.
• 200 helicopter night flight hours (aided or unaided).
• Preferred: B407 aircraft experience; High School Diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients with a team to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness and compliance with FARs and Med-Trans rules.
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change info to the next pilot and team per protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Salary Range: $109,173 - $120,091 including 23% Geographic Modifier
• 15K Sign on Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus Plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readinessas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Med-Transrequirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateMed-Trans and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training
