Job summary

Med-Trans Corporation in Texas is seeking a HAA Pilot for a full-time role. You will join a skilled team to transport customers safely, ensure aircraft readiness, and maintain essential documentation in accordance with FAR and Med-Trans standards.

Competitively, the position offers a salary range of $109,173 to $120,091 per year, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, retention bonuses, and on-duty housing with a 7/7 schedule. Applicants must meet FAA rotorcraft certifications and flight-hour requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers safely with a team of medical professionals.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals, FARs, and Med-Trans requirements.
• Maintain Med-Trans and regulatory documentation accurately.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change info to the next pilot and team following protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

HAA PILOT Full-Time Opportunity

• Salary Range: $109,173 - $120,091 including 23% Geographic Modifier
• 15K Sign on Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus Plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)
• On Duty Housing
• 7/7 Schedule

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readinessas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Med-Transrequirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateMed-Trans and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

Minimum Requirements
